Road blocked due to incident with lorry

A road just outside Spalding was blocked this morning after a lorry became stuck.

Part of Clay Lake Bank just off the A16 near Bridge Farm Nurseries was impassable following this morning’s (Tuesday, June 7) incident.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police said: “We received a call at 8.42am today that a lorry had left the roadside.

“This was a non injury collision but the road was partially closed.”
