Philpott enjoys double trophy success

Moulton Harrox have been crowned Guardian Trophy winners in the Spalding & District Bowls League.
Meanwhile, Whaplode Drove have been presented with the Sid Lane Cup after that success, while individual honours went to Hase Cup winner Dan Mills, Munson Cup and Rushby Rose Bowl winner Tracey Philpott and Fisher Shield winner George Alley.
The Stokes Cup was won by Paul Caress, Nigel Brown and Ashley Caress.
Four more finals were not played due to the green being flooded. These will be played either in the next few days or at the start of next season.
