The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
Tydd St Mary Football Club, has changed its name to Tydd Football Club with immediate effect.
The change in name is due to the club moving 2.5 miles south, to the village of Tydd St Giles.
Tydd were promoted to the ChromaSport PDFL Premier Division for the first time in their history last season.
That means they’ll be rivalling the likes of Moulton Harrox, Sutton Bridge United, Holbeach United Reserves and Long Sutton United next season.
