Regarding the traffic restriction in Spalding town centre: Are the police saying they are incapable of policing traffic in Spalding?
Surely, if drivers are abusive or threatening, they can be dealt with for all offences disclosed, rather than trying to use mechanical means of avoiding confrontation.
