Fire crews attended reports of a blaze at a Spalding home last night (Tuesday, May 3).
Two Spalding crews attended Nile Drive around 6.40pm after cooking was left unattended.
Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said the fire was out upon arrival but there had been severe fire damage to a kitchen extractor fan, and smoke damage to the remainder of the kitchen.
