A car burst into flames on the A17 near Holbeach on Sunday, April 8.
A mechanical defect was the cause of the fire which Holbeach Fire Crew were called to shortly after 6pm.
One hose reel was used to extinguish the blaze which damaged the engine.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
