Witnesses to assault in medical centre sought

Police investigating an assault at Sutton Bridge Medical Centre on Wednesday (January 11) want to speak to people in the waiting room at the time.

Police said: “The assault occurred at the dispensary desk within the waiting room of the Sutton Bridge Medical Centre in Railway Lane at approx 11.30am. The victim of the assault was not seriously injured.”

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call 101, quoting incident number 171 of January 11.
