UAH students celebrate excellent results

There were 92 per cent of students who earned at least one A* to C grade at University Academy Holbeach.

The school has also hailed that all students that wanted to go to University have been able to do so.
A spokesman for the school said: “University Academy Holbeach would like to congratulate all our learners on their results for A-Level, Technical and Vocational qualifications and T-Levels.
“We are extremely proud of their efforts and their achievements after they sat, what were for them, their first national examinations.
“Outstanding results were achieved across a range of subjects with several pupils securing suites of grades at A* and A.
“The equivalent of at least one grade at A or A* was achieved by half of the students with 92 per cent achieving at least one grade A-C. “Students have had the pressure of knowing that the exam grading would be more challenging than those of last year and have coped with the extra demands placed upon them, demonstrating resilience and commitment. “For those studying BTEC a 100 per cent pass rate was achieved for which they should be very proud. “The results saw many students securing grades of Distinction and Distinction.
“All learners wishing to go to university have been able to do so which is wonderful.
“They are all equipped for the next stages of their learning pathway be it higher education, employment or higher apprenticeships.
“We wish them all the very best for the exciting opportunities and experiences that lay ahead for them.”
