Tydd St Giles golfers chip in to help Brian enjoy a better quality of life

A Tydd St Giles Golf Club charity golf day in aid of Brian Chadfield-Mohr has raised an amazing £2,500.

Brian, who used to play at Tydd, suffered a brain haemorrhage and a stroke in 2015 – which has left him unable to walk.

He now requires conversions to his home – including a wet room and other equipment – in order to help to improve his life.

Organisers Malcolm and Nicola Stead thanked all for taking part and for their generosity via donations and raffle prizes. They also thanked Tydd skipper Vinny Day for the donation from his captain’s charity fund, which this year is to benefit local good causes.
