Flower and gifts shop Flowers N Things won the Spalding Halloween window display competition, judged by South Holland District Council chairman Rodney Grocock.
A council spokesman said Coun Grocock toured the town, looking at the displays made by all the participating businesses.
The competition was created to coincide with the Spalding Pumpkin Festival and parade.
Spalding was given a spooky makeover thanks to the participating Charmed Interiors, Bookmark,
888 Vapour, Robert Goddard, Air Ambulance Charity Shop, Paceys Bakery, Costa, St Barnabas Hospice Shop, Molsom & Associates and Ark Property Centre.
