Temporary police inspector arrangement for South Holland extended

The arrangement of Sgt Jo Reeves as temporary South Holland community policing inspector has been extended.

Insp Jim Tyner, who switched from the role based at Spalding in March, will continue as acting chief inspector for East Lindsey until the end of July. It was originally to have been June 30.

During that time chief officers will be considering permanent postings across the Lincolnshire force. This will include a permanent chief inspector for East Lindsey, which could be Insp Tyner.
Otherwise, it is expected that he will return to South Holland.
