Still time to sign up for bowls

There’s still time to get involved with learner sessions at Spalding Indoor Bowls Club.

Ten-week courses of instruction for beginners of all ages start at the Castle Sports Complex in Albion Street next week.

An evening course starts at 6.30pm on Tuesday, May 27 and a daytime course begins at 2pm on Wednesday, May 28.

Cost is £10 for the complete ten-week course.

More than 400 players have learned through Spalding Indoor Bowls Club in the ten years it’s been running instruction courses.

However, anyone just wishing to try the game can take advantage of free taster sessions.
