A Pinchbeck man has been sent for trial on an allegation of rape.
Matthew Cocks, 25, of Southgate entered no plea to the single allegation that he raped a woman at
Pinchbeck on May 29 last year.
Following the hearing at Boston Magistrates Court, the case will get underway at Lincoln Crown Court with a first appearance on April 5 and he was granted unconditional bail.
