However, Tydd came unstuck 4-1 at Peterborough North End Sports with the prolific Tiago Nassunculo netting twice. Robbie Knight replied for 13th-placed Tydd.

Rock-bottom Town, who had Jordan Clow, Aiden Doherty and Reece Parker all dismissed, replied through Nicky Haw.

There was also a big victory for Crowland Town, who thrashed hosts Cardea 5-0.

Ethan Allen, Danny Firth, Peter Fox, Stephen Wells and an own goal got the job done for rampant Crowland, who are now fourth.

It wasn’t such a good day for Moulton Harrox Reserves, though, as they slipped up 3-0 at Eye United.

Down in Division Two, Crowland Town Reserves to the derby bragging rights over Long Sutton Athletic Reserves with a 2-0 triumph at London Road.

In Division Four, Holbeach Bank suffered a 11-3 hammering at Casterton with Mitchell Pillin netting a treble.
