Residents across South Holland got into the Christmas spirit in the lead up to the big day.

Infant children at Ayscoughfee Hall School, Spalding, put on Christmas productions to the juniors and their parents and grandparents.

The kindergarten and reception children performed Christmas Decorations, while pupils in Years 1 and 2 performed Census Sums. All the children and staff worked really hard.

Pinchbeck resident Lorna Webb and her team of helpers raised £393.20 for the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance by holding a coffee morning.

Visitors enjoyed coffee and mince pies and browsed stalls selling cakes, preserves, vegetables and plants and jewellery, and there was a raffle.

Youngsters at Spalding’s Monkshouse Primary School enjoyed various festive games and stalls at their annual Christmas fayre.
