The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
It is commendable that free parking will be available to visitors in Spalding, however as a former Spalding resident, I would say what is the point?
I despair when I visit the town to see my sister and look around. To be honest it breaks my heart to see the state of Spalding, not only the town centre but surrounding areas, so why would anybody bother to visit Spalding anyway?
