The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
I accept the subject of parking fees has been aired several times but I must add my observations to previous remarks.
Today I visited Horncastle and parked in the middle of the town. The fee was £1 for up to four hours, but for one hour it was free parking.
Is it not possible for South Holland to implement similar parking arrangements so that visitors are encouraged to come into town to admire all the empty shops, dirty pavements and street litter?
