The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
May I request to the South Holland District Council, through the medium of The Voice, an issue of a further recycling bag to residents?
Perhaps orange might be nice.
It would be used exclusively for the disposal of the excess bags of various colour such as those overflowing from the cupboard under the sink at home.
