Your story on the overflowing waste bins does not surprise me.
On February 2, a lady from South Holland District Council told me that they inspected a car parked in St Johns Street car park Holbeach at 4am.
Not quite sure why the person was instructed to go there at that time of morning but I am sure he was happy with his out of hours uplift.
