The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
As well as the usual rubbish being dumped around the Welland access points, Cradge Bank and South Drove, individuals are now dumping fresh horse manure during daylight hours outside our properties.
Obviously I have now removed it, but what is Spalding coming to!
