Fundraising for dog rescue

Members of the Holbeach Brownies have been working towards attaining their charity badge.

They have decided to raise funds for Jerry Green Dog Rescue, Algarkirk, by donating their toys and books to be sold-off.

They were visited by Ann Gregory who has raised more than £14,000 for the animal rescue charity with a stall.

The Brownies will be helping her with her stall, at 90 Boston Road South, Holbeach, on Sunday.

They have also been making plans to decorate the back garden at the Reading Rooms as well as making crafts to sell to help the Guiding Unit.
