Couple are first on new Spalding development after upgrading with Broadgate Homes

A couple who have swapped one Broadgate Homes property in Spalding for a brand-new one have been given the keys to their new home.

Marc Neall and Jemma Wells are the first occupants at St John’s Circus, off Broadway, which has some of the fastest broadband speeds in the country. The first major development in South Holland to offer it, every home benefits from a pure fibre connection directly to the local exchange.

Primary school teachers Marc and Jemma were also the first couple in the queue waiting to choose their new home when the development became available last year. Jemma said the day at work before collecting their keys had been “the longest ever!”

The development’s homes are highly energy efficient thanks to integrated photovoltaic panels that help save money on energy bills.

The couple said: “We would highly recommend the development to others – the staff have been very helpful making the process smooth and stress free.”

Broadgate Homes chief executive Ian Canham said: “All at Broadgate wish Jemma and Marc the very best in their new Broadgate home. It seems only fitting that the first people to move in to St John’s Circus are local people who already live in a Broadgate home.”

Properties at St John’s Circus are proving to be highly popular, with three and four bedroom homes available now and two and three bedroom homes released shortly.
