If you’re feeling the January blues, how about a laugh with a comedy night out?

  • Tom Allen, Keith Farnan, Tony Jameson and Pete Dobbing are all on the bill for the King’s Lynn Corn Exchange’s comedy night on January 29.

Doors open at 7.45pm, with the comedy at 8.45pm. Tickets are £9.50.

  • Omid Djalili brings his show Iranalamadingdong to The Cresset in Peterborough on Thursday, January 29.

A firm favourite with his legendary performances, Omid’s stand-up awards include; Time Out Award and EMMA Award for Best Stand Up and nominated for the South Bank Award.

Tickets are £24.50.

  • Comedian Lee Hurst will be in Peterborough at The Key Theatre on Thursday, February 5, with his show Things That Make You Go Aaarggh!!!

In this stand up show, Lee Hurst is back on the road to ask audiences what winds them up.

Mostly people get on with living their lives, but everyone has at least one thing that gets on their nerves and makes their blood boil. What’s yours?

Lee, like all Brits, loves a right good moan, but he also likes to come up with solutions too.

Tickets are priced at £17.

  • On the bill for January’s South Holland Centre Comedy Club are funny geezer Eddy Brimson, the phenomenon that is David Trent, Anthony King and natural-born compere Jim Smallman.

The event takes place at the Spalding venue on Friday, January 30, starting at 8.30pm.

Three stand-ups and a compere provide the laughs while you sit back and enjoy the atmosphere with a drink from the bar.

  • So Comedy Live takes place at Stamford Arts Centre on Friday, February 13, at 8pm.

Headliners are Kevin Day and Deborah Frances White.

Kevin has written on just about every panel show in the UK, including Have I Got News For You, Nevermind The Buzzcocks and 8 Out Of 10 Cats. He is also known for his work on MOTD2.

Tickets are £15 and the event is suitable for over 18s only.
