The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
Crowland Abbey hosts a recital by Mezzo Soprano Isabel Gray on Saturday at 7.30pm.
Isabel and her accompanist on the organ, James Reed, will be singing a variety of songs from the classical repertoire.
Refreshments will be provided. Entry is free but a donation would be appreciated.
The programme includes The Virgin Mary’s Expostulation, Ave Maria, “Desdemona’s Aria” from Otello, Salve Regina, I Will Sing New Songs of Gladness from Biblical Songs (opus 99) and Into the Night.
- On June 11 Divers Voyces will be giving a concert of music by Palestrina, Parsons and Mouton on at 7.30pm. Admission will be £8.
