Another loss for Holbeach United as Rothwell Corinthians take the spoils

Holbeach United slipped to a fifth ChromaSport UCL Premier Division loss on the spin as Rothwell Corinthians beat them 2-1 on Thursday night.

Josh Ford missed a first-half penalty for the Tigers before Andy White fired the hosts into a 43rd-minute lead.

Corinthians then added a second from the penalty spot, before Paul Newcombe pulled one back for Holbeach with nine minutes left.

The game was Holbeach’s third this week – and they host Newport Pagnell on Saturday (3pm).
