Father and daughter duo Jim and Chelsie Wainwright have both reached the rank of black belt with Spalding Kickers Taekwondo.
The duo set about finding a Taekwondo club in which they could train together more than four years ago – and opted for Kickers after a recommendation.
They had a taster session and joined immediately.
One of the big advantages of families training together is that they can practice at home – which is what the Wainwrights did leading up to their black belt grading.
Jim said: “I would like to say a big thank you to instructor Antony Temple for his help and support in helping us reach our goal together.”
Spalding Kickers, based at the Castle Sports Complex, are still offering two free taster sessions to all newcomers.
