Holbeach United will have more firepower in the ranks for Saturday’s trip to Wellingborough Town.
Jamie Clarke, an experienced former Football League striker who played under joint boss Graham Drury at Corby Town and Stamford, has signed.
Clarke had spells with Blackburn Rovers, Accrington Stanley, Rotherham United, Lincoln City and Boston United.
Meanwhile, a move for Yaxley’s Dan Cotton was knocked back by the player.
Drury said: “Fair play to the lad, he’s settled there and enjoying his football so he wants to stay.”
