Trial over sexual assault

A Holbeach man has been sent for trial on five allegations of sexually assaulting a woman of 16 or over.
Tom Louth (34), now living at Sluice Road but formerly of East Elloe Avenue, denied the three allegations of sexual assault and two of sexual assault with penetration, all in April and May last year, when he appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court.
Louth denied the offences and was sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court with a first hearing on September 7.
He was granted unconditional bail.
