Take a peak in glasshouse

A Spalding nursery is joining others across the country in opening its doors to the public for one day.
Bridge Farm Horticulture will be offering guided tours on Open Farm Sunday on June 11 to allow members of the public to see how they grow plants in their 60-acre state of the art glasshouse in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
The tours will include demonstrations of the robotics and automation they use, learning about their focus on sustainable cultivation, and seeing the many different types of ornamental plants they grow in their glasshouse.
Bridge Farm Horticulture’s expert team of growers will also be on hand to answer any gardening questions from visitors.
Glasshouse tours last for 90 minutes, starting at 10.30am and 1pm.
The tours are free to attend but visitors must book in advance.
