South Holland racers ready for World finals at King’s Lynn’s Adrian Flux Arena

Fresh off the back of one of the biggest and best meetings of the year, another meeting which should rank up there is coming up at King’s Lynn’s Adrian Flux Arena this Saturday – it’s World final time.

The 34th staging, it’s one of the oldest titles in the sport and once again will be contested by the 2L Bangers.

This is going to be brutal if recent 2L Banger appearances are anything to go by and a good grid of cars is anticipated.

With lots of cars and plenty of action guaranteed, the 2L Bangers rarely disappoint – and they’re travelling far and wide for this one.

There will be qualifiers, seeded drivers and wild cards that might upset the applecart on the night.

Spalding’s Sonny Parsons (23) will be in action in the Bangers, but he’ll need to do it the hard way and will be aiming to qualify via one of the last chances.

The 23 machine does typically like to get stuck in, so he may opt for an entertainer wild card rather than aiming for a last chance qualifying spot.

Also lining up are the all-action, hard hitting 2L Saloon Stock Cars.

They rarely disappoint with the fence guaranteed to rattle and sparks will fly with a handful of South Holland stars taking to the track in this class.

The Venni Brothers, Simon (570) and Rowan (370), will be looking to put in eye-catching showings with both quick on their day and both equally likely to get stuck in.

Simon will be hoping to keep it on all four this time out after an acrobatic display up the fence a few weeks ago.

Wes Starmer (525) has been having a great season and will be all out for a good night this weekend to follow up on his strong results so far this year.

Tom Yould (214) and Rob Heanes (13) are also looking to line up and both are very capable of some strong finishes on the shale this Saturday.
