The top trio of Brenda Bell, Jill McEwan and Pat Retchless are celebrating after winning the Ladies’ President’s Day crown at Sutton Bridge Golf Club.
They edged Karen Gillett, Janet Simpson and Paula Brown in second, with third place going to a team that included Nicola Elphick and Alice Grant.
Other ladies’ section results: Summer Foursomes – 1st Paula Brown & Sarah Sheldrick 35pts; 2nd Diane Wareham & Carole Caney 32pts; 3rd= Nicky Elphick & Ann Davis 29pts and Janet Groves & Judy Green 29pts.
August Medal – 1st Nicky Elphick net 72; 2nd. Sarah Sheldrick net 76; 3rd Karen Gillett net 77.
