One small step for Spalding Primary…

Pupils at Spalding Primary School got involved with National Science Week by holding a special day dedicated to the subject.

The day was organised by science co-ordinator Vicki Lunn and started with a special whole school assembly.

Year two pupils took part in a space-themed day inspired by British astronaut Tim Peake.

The children looked at materials to make new spacesuits, experimented with tastes of astronaut food and designed and made their own rockets, which they launched.
