The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
I completely agree with Magdalena Podsiadly (last week’s Voice) about the appalling state of shop fronts in Spalding.
All you have to do is walk along Winsover Road and you will see what she means.
The Mini Poli shop gets my vote, the top floor windows are covered with rotting boards and falling apart.
Will the council make the landlord repair them? I think not.
As for the vinyl film issue, it is not often I agree with the Civic Society about things, but this time I’m completely behind them on this one.
