A marriage proposal was one of the highlights as thousands of pounds were raised for charity at a fancy ball.
The Leap Year Ball, held at Springfields, Spalding, was organised by members of WeightWatchers and more than £2,810 was raised for Diabetes UK and The Friends of the Garth School in Spalding.
It adds to the overall total of fundraising for the past 12 months meaning around £9,000 will be shared between the two charities.
Amid the fancy dinner and music from Wall Of Sound, there was a special moment for Alison Fox.
Her husband Andrew had proposed to her 45 years ago from a telephone box in Portsmouth while working away from home.
So he decided to use the ball to get down on one knee again and propose so his wife could see it this time.
He also presented her with jewellery.

Organiser Helen Webster said: “We had a fabulous turnout of 224 members and it was a fantastic evening raising money for two very worth causes. The proposal was a great end to the night.”
