Rob Newns and Maggie Bingham are celebrating after edging to victory in Gedney Hill Golf Club’s Hubbards Mixed Drawn Pairs event.
Their score of 47 points was matched by Mo Parling and Maria Taylor-Vassall, but Newns and Bingham were top on countback.
John George and Jaqui Rust (46 points) completed the top three with one point less.
Meanwhile, Tom Brazil claimed glory in the Pro’s Open Competition with a score of 42 points.
Andy Raspberry (41 points) was second on countback.
