Moulton Ladies help good causes

A mums’ group that’s been going for over 30 years has helped seven local good causes.

Moulton Ladies raised £700 over the past year through events and, as with every year, they nominated charities, groups and organisations to receive the cash. This year’s nominated good causes that received cheques were Tonic Health and Dementia, Abbeygate, Moulton Community Association, Mia, Charlie and Me, Holbeach Hospital, St Barnabas and Moulton Mill.

The group’s Pam Stanley said: “It was really special this time and we had some fantastic local good causes that we’ve been able to help.

“Moulton Ladies is a fantastic group with people aged from 40 to 92 and throughout a year it’s great to raise as much money as we can.”
