The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
Following the recent lousy weather, the partially, deep, constructed road on this development now looks like a new Holbeach river!
Surely the South Holland planning department should in the future now consider the potential risk to using prime agricultural land for development, because had this road been completed, where would the water have gone?
