The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
The community wonders where all the spirit has disappeared to from South Holland – well the council can feel very proud in adding to the doom and gloom. Charging for market stalls in the area is penny pinching and no wonder market stall holders feel aggrieved. Go to the likes of Louth, Melton Mowbray, etc and their market days are vibrant. South Holland District Council needs to pass on some goodwill to get the momentum going.
