The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
We are completely amazed to read in The Voice the latest food hygiene rating on Wimberley Hall.
We have used this wonderful establishment since it opened, an asset to the area.
Most certainly cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and the loos and the farm shop are obviously paramount, so how the preparation behind the scenes could fall to a one status is baffling.
There must be an oversight somewhere and an exclamation to this great difference from five down to one.
