The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
There were dual celebrations at the October meeting of Spalding Fulney Women’s Institute.
The branch was founded in 1936 and the members enjoyed a special cake made by Chrissy Neary-Phillips to mark the 80th anniversary.
Also (pictured) president Rosemary Knight presented a silver WI brooch to Jenny Manning, a former president, who first joined the WI 50 years ago.
