Home comforts for Gedney Hill Golf Club in Salver showdown

Home advantage proved key as Gedney Hill Golf Club both hosted and won 2017 South Lincs League trophy presentation and Les Pepper Salver competition on Saturday.

The Les Pepper Salver is an inter-club competition between the 18 clubs that play in the South Lincs Scratch League.

Gedney Hill won with 92 points after beating Belton Woods on countback.

Rob Newns, James Smith and Adam Britton were the victorious Gedney Hill playing trio.
