John Martin and Harry Turner both secured trophies as Tydd St Giles Golf Club held their Sewell Salver and Ciuffini Shield 36-hole competition.
The competition was played in gail-force winds and only the most hardy golfers wanted to be out there. Taking this all into account, some very good scores were recorded.

Second spot went to Paul Chaplain-Barton with 78&78=156, with Liam Chapman third on 73&84=157.
The Ciuffini Shield winner (best net scores) was Turner with a 160 total (handicap 12, net score 136).
Second was Martin after two rounds (149 total, handicap three, net score 143) with Chaplain-Barton third (total 156, handicap six, net score 144).
