The Voice of Spalding and South Holland
A range of sports can be enjoyed at a special event being held in Spalding to celebrate the Paralympics.
Give It a Go takes place at the Castle Sports Complex on Saturday, 11am-3pm.
The free event is open to people of all ages and abilities.
A wide variety of sports will be on offer including wheelchair basketball, boccia, fencing and football.
