The former Jewson site in Spalding’s Roman Bank is earmarked for a care home and apartments for over-55s.
The 88-bed care home would front the River Welland, next to two blocks of a total of 30 apartments.
The plan by Millhouse Group has shops, including a hairdresser’s, internal and external dining space and a water taxi berth with stair and lift access.
