Jonny Lockie continued his fine form in front of goal by firing Holbeach United to a 1-0 win over Rothwell Corinthians on Wednesday night.

Striker Lockie netted on 23 minutes to settle the Uhlsport UCL Premier Division clash at Carter’s Park.

Rothwell had a man sent off after the break, making it easier for Danny Hussey’s Tigers to hold on for all three points.

The win is Holbeach’s fourth on the trot.
