Commendation for Dave

Heritage Lincolnshire volunteer Dave Hagen, from Lutton, has received a commendation from Heritage Alliance, the Heritage governing body, for his outstanding contribution to maintenance of the ex- Royal Observer Corp underground monitoring post situated on the old Washway Road at Holbeach.

Dave (74), an ex-Chief Observer, volunteered with Heritage Lincolnshire so that he could help to maintain and preserve the post as a part of history for future generations.
