Spalding United have been rocked by the resignation of boss Matt Easton.
The Tulips chief quit his role at the Sir Halley Stewart Playing Field on Wednesday night.
He had been seeking assurances about a number of off the field issues at the club.
Speaking on Twitter, Spalding chairman Andy Gay said: “It is with regret I have to inform you all that Matt Easton has resigned from his position as Manager of Spalding United.
“I would like to thank Matt for all he has done for the club. I wish him all the best for the future and he will always be welcome at Spalding United.“
