Appeal launched after Christmas Day fire ‘destroyed everything’ family owned

An appeal has been launched to help a Fleet Hargate family who have ‘lost everything’ in a Christmas Day fire.

Fleet residents are rallying around the family that owns the property on Eastgate where the fire broke out earlier this morning (Friday, December 25).

Eileen Gilliatt has set up the appeal titled ‘Weʼre raising £5,000 to family in Fleet Hargate ..fire Christmas Day destroyed everything please help’.
